Cancellation policy

If a cancellation is made at least 4 days before the day of the tour, the cancellation penalty is equal to 30% of the gross total.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the tour, the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE).

How the price is calculated

There is a fixed fee of 190.00 € for the guide service.
To this amount it has to be added 12.00 € per visitor.

Children under 6 are free.

The price includes

Direct entry without waiting in line, entrance ticket, an expert guide, booking fees. For private tours, headphones are provided upon request. We advise that the headphones are used for groups of more than 6 people.

Meeting point

The meeting point with the guide will be in Lucca, the exact address will be communicated on your voucher. Remember to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. The guide will have a sign with your name.

In case you do not take part of the tour you will not be refunded.
The entrance to the holy sites is allowed only with proper clothing (it is forbidden sleeveless shirts, shorts, miniskirts, hats).
