If a cancellation is made at least 4 days before the day of the tour, the cancellation penalty is equal to 30% of the gross total.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the tour, the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE).

Meeting point

The meeting point will be at Piazza del Duomo n.19/20, just outside the Museo della Misericordia, 15 minutes before the starting time of the tour.

If you are late you will lose the reservation and you will not be refunded.
In case you do not take part of the tour you will not be refunded.
There could be waits due to security controls.
The tour is currently not accessible to people in wheelchairs or with other mobility problems.
The entrance to the Cathedral is allowed only with proper clothing (it is forbidden sleeveless shirts, shorts, miniskirts, hats)
For security reasons, it is forbidden to enter the Cathedral with backpacks, suitcases or large bags.
