Where do I pick up the ticket
On the day of your visit, you must show your ticket at the entrance of Palazzo Pitti. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
Remember
If you are late you will lose the reservation and you will not be refunded.
In case of temporary exhibitions, the entrance price foresees an increase.
Remember to bring your identity document and show it to the staff at the entrance in case that you have perchased reduced tickets.
