Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation is made at least 4 days before the day of the visit, the cancellation penalty is equal to 8.75 Euro per ticket.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the visit, the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE).

How to choose the correct ticket

Children under 6 are free of charge, in this case the reservation is not required.

Where do I pick up the ticket

The day of the visit you will have to show your voucher in the reservation desk of the Palatine Gallery, remember to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

Remember

If you are late you will lose the reservation and you will not be refunded.
You can change your reservation by paying again the booking fee of 3.00 euro per person.
In case of temporary exhibitions, the entrance price foresees an increase.
Remember that you must show an identity document at the entrance, in case of having reduced price tickets.
