Cancellation policy

If a cancellation is made at least 4 days before the day of the tour, the cancellation penalty is equal to 30% of the gross total.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the tour, the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE).

How the price is calculated

There is a fixed fee of 180.00 € for the guide service.
To this amount it has to be added 3.00 € per visitor.

Children under 6 are free.

The price includes

An expert guide. For private tours, headphones are provided upon request. We advise that the headphones are used for groups of more than 15 people.

Meeting point

The meeting point with the guide will be in Arezzo, the exact address will be communicated on your voucher. Remember to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. The guide will have a sign with your name.

Remember

On request you can add a visit to the Church of San Francesco to admire the cycle of frescoes by Piero della Francesca (not available on Sunday morning). Additional charge of: 10.00 euro per person. If you are interested please contact us.
If you are late you will lose the reservation and you will not be refunded.
The entrance to the holy sites is allowed only with proper clothing (it is forbidden sleeveless shirts, shorts, miniskirts, hats).
