If a cancellation is made at least 4 days before the day of the tour, the cancellation penalty is equal to 30% of the gross total.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the tour, the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE).

A tour to discover the craft shops in the neighborhood of Oltrarno, the most typical and characteristic district of Florence! Your guide will accompany you to several stores to see how artisans create jewelry, dresses, chandeliers and frames using traditional techniques. One of the artisans has also created a fragrance for environments using the ancient perfume recipe of Caterina de Medici.
