Cancellation policy

If a cancellation is made at least 4 days before the day of the tour, the cancellation penalty is equal to 30% of the gross total.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the tour, the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE).

How the price is calculated

There is a fixed fee of 210.00 € for the guide service.
To this amount it has to be added 17.00 € per visitor.

Children under 6 are free.

The price includes

Entry without waiting in line, entrance ticket, an expert guide, booking fees. For private tours, headphones are provided upon request. We advise that headphones are used for groups of more than 6 people.

Meeting point

The meeting point will be in front of the entrance of the Cathedral in Pisa. Remember to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. The guide will have a sign with your name.
