Cancellation policy

If a cancellation is made at least 4 days before the day of the tour, the cancellation penalty is equal to 30% of the gross total.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the tour, the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE).

How the price is calculated

There is a fixed fee of 205.00 € for the guide service.
To this amount it has to be added 10.00 € per visitor.

An extra fee has to be added in case you choose a special language (Chinese, Danish, Dutch, Greek, Polish, Russian or Turkish).

The price includes

An expert guide, booking fees. For private tours, headphones are provided upon request. We advise that the headphones are used for groups of more than 14 people.

The meeting point will be in front of the statue of Benvenuto Cellini at Ponte Vecchio. The guide will have a sign with your name.

Remember

In case you do not take part of the tour you will not be refunded.
The entrance to the holy sites is allowed only with proper clothing (it is forbidden sleeveless shirts, shorts, miniskirts, hats).
