This tour has been carefully designed for those who love great wine and relaxing hill landscapes. You will depart from Milan aboard a comfortable coach and, accompanied by your guide’s commentary, you will reach the Langhe region in Piedmont.
Your first stop will be La Morra, where you can admire one of the most iconic panoramas in the area—an ideal spot to take beautiful photos.
You will then continue to Barolo, a charming village that gives its name to the world-famous wine. Here, surrounded by hills and vineyards, you will experience the authenticity of the Italian lifestyle, enjoying free time to stroll through the lively streets filled with shops, wine bars, and cafés, and to have lunch in one of the many local restaurants.
In the afternoon, you will visit one of Italy’s most extraordinary wine production sites, entering a true “Wine Cathedral”, recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site: vast underground cellars where architecture, history, and the art of winemaking blend together.
The visit will end with a tasting of prestigious local wines, including of course the famous Barolo.
At the end of the tour, relax once again on the coach during the return trip to Milan.
