How to purchase the Gift Voucher

Simply fill in the form below with all the information about the gift you would like to give, and submit your request. You will receive by email the Gift Voucher made out to the lucky person who will receive it. With the Gift Voucher, you will be entitled to receive the official voucher confirming the booking for your preferred date and time (subject to availability).
After purchase: The lucky person who receives the gift will simply need to email us at least two weeks before the desired date, indicating the voucher number, and the date and time of the visit. If availability is confirmed, the official voucher (the only document accepted to access the visit) will be sent to the email address provided.

Cancellation policy

Please Note:
If a cancellation is made at least 4 days before the day of the tour, the cancellation penalty is equal to 30% of the gross total.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the tour, the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE).

At the end of the tour, you will climb the Leaning Tower.
No guided tour is provided inside the Tower.

Meeting point

Under the arch of Porta Santa Maria / Porta Nuova in Piazza Manin, Pisa. Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour departure.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Late arrivals will miss the tour and no refund will be possible.
