How to purchase the Gift Voucher

Simply fill in the form below with all the information about the gift you would like to give, and submit your request. You will receive by email the Gift Voucher made out to the lucky person who will receive it. With the Gift Voucher, you will be entitled to receive the official voucher confirming the booking for your preferred date and time (subject to availability).
After purchase: The lucky person who receives the gift will simply need to email us at least two weeks before the desired date, indicating the voucher number, and the date and time of the visit. If availability is confirmed, the official voucher (the only document accepted to access the visit) will be sent to the email address provided.

Cancellation policy

Attention
The ticket cost cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded under any circumstances.
For guide services, cancellations requested within 10 days prior to the visit date will incur a 100% cancellation fee (the amount paid is NON-REFUNDABLE).

How the price is calculated

There is a fixed fee of 210.00 € for the guide service.
To this amount it has to be added 32.00 € per visitor.

A special language extra fee has to be added in case the chosen language is Danish, Dutch, Greek, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese or Russian. Each person above 20 visitors has to pay 2,50 € extra charge.
For all groups of at least 5 people visiting the Borghese Gallery, the competent state administration has established a surcharge of € 70.00.

The price includes

Direct entry without waiting in line, entrance ticket, an expert guide, booking fees. For private tours, headphones are provided upon request. We advise that the headphones are used for groups of more than 5 people.

Meeting point

The meeting point with the guide will be at the entrance of the Borghese Gallery. Remember to arrive 15 minutes before the booked time. The guide will have a sign with your name.
