From the time of booking until 10 days before the tour, the cancellation fee is 50%.
For cancellations less than 10 days in advance, there is no refund.

How the price is calculated

For tours in Italian there is a fixed fee of € 156,00 for the guide service plus € 5,00 per person.
For tours in other languages there is a fixed fee of € 185.00 for the guide service plus € 5.00 per person.

The tour starts in Piazza Castello, where you can admire the splendid Royal Palace, seat of the Savoy Monarchy. In the same square is also the imposing Palazzo Madama, which housed the Subalpine and Italian Senate.
Continue to Piazza Carignano, with the Palazzo Carignano, which was the seat of the Chamber of Deputies of the Subalpine and Italian Parliament and now houses the Museum of the Risorgimento. In front of Palazzo Carignano stands the elegant Ristorante del Cambio, inaugurated in 1757 and now a member of the "Locali Storici d'Italia". The restaurant has dedicated its main dining room to its most illustrious patron, Count Camillo Benso di Cavour.
The tour continues to the palace of the Cavour family, passing through the cafés and tearooms frequented by the Count, until it reaches the monument that portrays him, in the large Piazza Carlina.
On March 17, 1861, when Parliament proclaimed the Kingdom of Italy and Victor Emmanuel became king, Count Cavour was confirmed as head of the first national government. Turin became the first capital of Italy, although it lost its role a few years later when the capital was moved to Florence. After this move, Piazza San Carlo was the scene of a great revolt by the people of Turin.
