Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation is made at least 4 days before the day of the tour, the cancellation penalty is equal to 50% of the gross total.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the tour, the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE)

Meeting point

The meeting point will be at the exchange booth "YEX" under the Clock Tower, remember to arrive 15 minutes before the booked time.

Remember

If you are late you will lose the reservation and you will not be refunded.
In case you do not take part of the tour you will not be refunded.
In rare cases it can happen that the Basilica is unexpectedly closed due to religious or private functions or for high water level.
It is not possible to introduce backpacks, large bags or suitcases inside the Basilica.
The entrance to the Basilica is allowed only with proper clothing (it is forbidden sleeveless shirts, shorts, miniskirts, hats).
