Where do I pick up the VeronaCard

VR CARDs can be collected at the ticket offices of the city museums from Tuesday to Sunday during the opening hours of each site. Please note that the museum sites are closed to the public on Mondays.

VeronaCard allows you one entry for each site of interest
On Mondays the museums and monuments are closed to the public

The VeronaCard cannot be modified, cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
VeronaCard cannot be reimbursed in the event of closure or modification of visiting hours of participating sites, in the event of strikes, public holidays or for other reasons beyond the control of the organizers.
