Cancellation policy

If a cancellation is made at least 4 days before the day of the tour, the cancellation penalty is equal to 30% of the gross total.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the tour, the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE).

How the price is calculated

There is a fixed fee of 420.00 € for the guide service.
To this amount it has to be added 44.00 € per visitor from November to February or 52.00 € per visitor from March to October.
In case of children (6-17 years old) 34.00 € from November to February or 38.00 € from March to October.
The price change is due to the increase of the price of the museum during the high season.

The price of the private tour also includes the cost of the booked ticket.

An extra fee has to be added in case you choose a special language (Chinese, Danish, Dutch, Greek, Polish, Russian or Turkish).
For all groups of at least 15 people visiting the Uffizi Gallery, the competent state administration has established a surcharge of € 70.00.

The price includes

Direct entry without waiting in line, entrance ticket, an expert guide, booking fees. For private tours, headphones are provided upon request. We inform you that the headphones are used for groups of more than 14 people except for the Uffizi Gallery, in this case the headphones are mandatory for groups of more than 7 people.
