Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation is made at least 4 days before the day of the tour, the cancellation penalty is equal to 30% of the gross total.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the tour, the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE).

Meeting point

The meeting point with the guide will be outside of the subway station "Colosseo". Remember to arrive 15 minutes before the booked time. The guide will have a sign with your name.

Remember you must show an identity document at the entrance, in case of having reduced price tickets.
We advise you to wear comfortable shoes.
For security reasons, it is forbidden to enter the Colosseum with backpacks, suitcases or large bags.
