Meeting point

On the day of your visit, go to the entrance of the Vatican Museums – Viale Vaticano – and show your booking voucher, either printed or in electronic format, to the staff at the entrance. After passing the security checks, proceed to the Guided Tours Desk. 
Please remember to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled entry time.

If you are late you will lose the reservation and you will not be refunded. 
The Vatican Museums are subject to security controls at the entrance, you may have to wait in the metal detectors line for security reasons.
Remember you must show an identity document at the entrance, in case of having reduced price tickets.
The participation in the tour is allowed only with proper clothing (it is forbidden sleeveless shirts, shorts, miniskirts, hats).
