Meeting point

On the day of the visit you have to change your voucher at the Doge's Palace entrance, remember to arrive 15 minutes before the tour starting time.

If you are late you will lose the reservation and you will not be refunded. 
In case you do not take part of the tour you will not be refunded.
At the end of the tour you can stay inside the museum at your leisure.
For safety reasons it is strictly forbidden to enter the museums with backpacks, large bags or luggage. We advisable not to take them with you as the queues to leave them in the cloakroom are very long.
The tour is not accessible to children under 6 and people with walking difficulties.
The tour is not recommended for pregnant women.
