Take advantage if this guided tour to discover the main monuments in Venice: the Saint Mark's Basilica, the Doge Palace, the Bell Tower, the Bridge of Sights, the Clock Tower and the Sansovino Library.
The tour starts with the visit of the Saint Mark's Square and the wonderful Byzantine style Basilica. Then you will proceed to the Doge Palace, ancient symbol of the political and judicial power of the Serenissima. You will learn about the history of the palace and its prisons and of course about Giacomo Casanova, probably the most famous fugitive of Venice.
At the end of this visit you will have free time for lunch and finally, at 4.30 pm, you will be enchanted by a one-hour tour on the Grand Canal by motor launch.

Please note: on Sunday this tour runs at 2.00 pm so there is no break between the walking tour and the Grand Canal tour.

Attention: for security reasons, backpacks are not allowed inside the Basilica and the Doge Palace so please don't bring them with you.

Meeting point

The meeting point will be in front of the Correr Museum, opposite side of the Saint Mark's Basilica. Please remember to arrive 15 minutes before the booked time.

Remember

If you are late you will lose the reservation and you will not be refunded. 
In case you do not take part of the tour you will not be refunded.
In rare cases it can happen that the Basilica is unexpectedly closed due to religious or private functions or for high water level.
It is not possible to introduce backpacks, large bags or suitcases inside the Basilica and the Doge Palace so please don't bring them with you.
The entrance to the Basilica is allowed only with proper clothing (it is forbidden sleeveless shirts, shorts, miniskirts, hats).
