How to purchase the Gift Voucher

Simply fill in the form below with all the information about the gift you would like to give, and submit your request. You will receive by email the Gift Voucher made out to the lucky person who will receive it. With the Gift Voucher,you will be entitled to receive the official voucher confirming the booking for your preferred date and time (subject to availability).
After purchase: The lucky person who receives the gift will simply need to email us at least two weeks before the desired date, indicating the voucher number, and the date and time of the visit. If availability is confirmed, the official voucher (the only document accepted to access the visit) will be sent to the email address provided.

Cancellation policy

If a cancellation is made at least 4 days before the day of the tour, the cancellation penalty is equal to 30% of the gross total.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the tour, the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE).

The first step of this experience is a visit to the Central Market, to pick up all the ingredients to prepare your lunch. With our chefs you will meet the bakers, the butchers and the farmers who sell vegetables from their gardens.
Afterwards, you’ll arrive at our professional kitchen where you can prepare your own “Grandma’s Lasagna”, using fresh pasta, slow-cooked ragù, and an incredibly creamy béchamel sauce. After the lasagna, the experience continues with the preparation of one of the most iconic and delicious Italian desserts: tiramisu.
You will then be able to enjoy your lunch, accompanied by a selection of Tuscan red wines and a sweet wine for dessert. You will also receive a digital recipe book to take home!

PLEASE NOTE: On Sundays and public holidays, when the Central Market is closed, the market visit will be replaced with a special introduction and an extra tasting at the cooking school.

Vegetarians are more than welcome on this cooking class, as they will be able to cook vegetarian recipes. Please inform us in advance.
