Cancellation policy

If a cancellation is made at least 4 days before the day of the visit, the cancellation penalty is equal to 6.00 Euro per ticket.
For cancellations that are made from 3 days prior the day of the visit, the penalty charge will be equal to 100% of the gross total (price paid is NOT REFUNDABLE).

The Opa Si Pass is a ticket that allows access to all the sites of the Siena Cathedral complex, with the exception of the Gate of Heaven (the visit to the roofs of the Cathedral).
This pass is valid for 3 days from the date chosen at the time of booking. It is not necessary to respect any access timetable; each museum site can be visited once during the 3 days of validity of the pass.
With your ticket you will have priority access to the Cathedral, the Crypt, the Piccolomini Library, the Cathedral Museum, the Facciatone, from where you can admire a beautiful panorama, and the Baptistery.

PLEASE NOTE: during the periods when the floor of the Cathedral is uncovered (from 27 June to 31 July 2023 and from 18 August to 18 October 2023), the price of the full ticket will be increased by 2,00 euros.

Where to collect your ticket?

You will have to present your voucher at the "PRENOTATI" ticket office ("RESERVATIONS") at ticket office no. 1, 15 minutes before the reserved time. If you have booked tickets at a reduced price or free of charge, you will need to show proof of identity.

Remember

The Pass is valid for 3 days from the chosen date at the time of booking. You do not need to respect any access schedule, you will be able to visit each museum site once during the 3 days of validity of your ticket.
If you do not use your ticket, no refund will be possible.
It is possible to change your booking by paying again the booking fee of 2,00 Euro per person.
Please remember to show an identity document at the museum entrance if you book a reduced-price ticket.
