Cancellation policy

For cancellations requested from the time of booking until 9 days before the tour, the cancellation fee will be 40%.
For cancellations requested 8 to 6 days before the tour, the cancellation fee will be 70%.
For cancellations requested with less than 6 days' notice, no refund will be given.
In case of NO-SHOW, no refund will be made.

There is a fixed fee of €255.00 for the guide service plus €45.00 per visitor.

Visit monuments from the Arab and Norman periods
Discover the wonders of the Palermo Cathedral and the Norman Palace

Your guide will take you on an itinerary dedicated to the discovery of monuments dating back to the Norman and Arab ages. You will begin your tour with a visit to the Norman Palace, also known as the Royal Palace, and the wonderful Palatine Chapel located inside. You will then continue to the Church of San Giovanni degli Eremiti, one of the main examples of Arab-Norman architecture, and then proceed to the imposing Cathedral. Here you can also admire the Royal Tombs, the Crypt, the apses and the rooftops, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the city.
The walk will end with a visit to the Church of the Martorana, or Church of Santa Maria dell'Ammiraglio, and the Church of San Cataldo, with its characteristic red domes.

PLEASE NOTE: entrance tickets for San Giovanni degli Eremiti, the Martorana Church and San Cataldo are not included in the price and must be paid in cash at the time of the visit.

Meeting point

You will meet your guide in front of the entrance to the Palazzo dei Normanni in Piazza del Parlamento. Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour departure time.

Remember

If you do not take part in the tour, there will be no refund.
Only decorously dressed persons are allowed to enter the sacred places (short shorts, miniskirts, tank tops and hats are forbidden).
