A path to get to know the areas reserved for the Doge in the wing of the Doge's Palace adjacent to the St. Mark's Basilica. Admire the Porta della Carta, the Loggiato from where, at the time of the Serenissima, the Doge appeared during public holidays, the Arco Foscari with its State Treasures, the Terraces and the Doge's Apartment. From here go up to the small church by the staircase with the image of St. Christopher by Titian until you reach the great Senate Hall. A fascinating itinerary to discover a part of the history of the Serenissima.

PLEASE NOTE:  this tour is not allowed to children under 6 years of age. The visits take place with a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 5.

Meeting point

On the day of the visit you will have to change your printed voucher at the entrance to the Doge's Palace, remember to arrive 15 minutes before the starting time of the visit.

If you are late you will lose the reservation and you will not be refunded. 
In case you do not take part of the tour you will not be refunded.
At the end of the guided tour you can visit the Doge's Palace on your own.
For safety reasons it is strictly forbidden to enter the museums with backpacks, large bags or luggage. We advisable not to take them with you as the queues to leave them in the cloakroom are very long.
This tour is not allowed to children under 6 years of age, or to people with mobility difficulties, nor to those suffering from claustrophobia, dizziness or cardio-respiratory disorders. The tour is not recommended for pregnant women.
In case of rain, the external terraces may be slippery, we recommend wearing comfortable shoes.
